A jobcentre staff member has been suspended after telling a dad-of-three to “get a f**king job or hang yourself”.

Dawn-Marie Sanders targeted Scott Bignell, 44 over Facebook, in a discussion set up by a mutual friend.
In a post, she said: “You are a drain on society… start paying taxes or hang ­yourself. I have rope…”

Sanders claims that her account was hacked or the messages were posted by her 14-year-old son.

The discussion comes after Bugnell was told that he is not eligible for benefits.

A Department of Work and Pensions spokesperson said that they are investigating the incident.
