New data on the virus has recently emerged which sheds the panic over it in an entirely new light. A recent FOI request from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), has been revealed that deaths solely attributed to COVID-19 are significantly lower than anyone previously thought.

The ONS released statistics which showed how many people with no underlying health issues died of COVID-19 alone between November 2019 to December 2021. 

From the recent information that has been released from the ONS after the FOI request, it is evident that deaths from COVID-19 have been on a sharp decline. 

Figures show that in 2020, deaths from COVID-19 were just 9,000. In 2020, they dropped to 6,483. In Q2 of 2021, it dropped substantially lower to 346. 

Although it spiked in Q3 of 2021 with 1,143 deaths, it is still much lower than 2020-the supposed spike of the virus. 

While deaths from the flu have significantly decreased since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems strange that stronger preventative measures have been put in place for COVID-19, which has demonstrably fewer deaths. These figures stand in sharp contrast to the high figures reported by the media. 

In fact, in 2020, more people died from the flu and pneumonia than from COVID-19, as evidenced in data provided by The Scientific American.

While this article is not discouraging anyone from following mandates and receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, we are giving you this information so that you are able to make your own informed decisions. Such decisions should be based on factual information, rather than the widespread panic and sensational headlines that have so far been reported elsewhere.
